The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Treaty (in the Form of the Letters Exchange) between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Amendments to the Trade Treaty between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Korea from 30 November 1995

During the sitting of the Committee it was declared that the revision of the article 14 of the Trade Treaty is aimed at the formation of Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Korean Committee on trade-economic cooperation, determining of its principal functions and functioning mechanisms.

The Committee will facilitate the solution of the problems that may appear between the Treaty Parties regarding the implementation and interpretation of the Treaty and other international deals on the trade-economic cooperation with the Treaty Parties.
